Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to enter employee or worker data into HRHeaven.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, generate documents, process payments, store dashboard records, provide support, maintain security, send service emails, and improve the platform.
We do not sell customer personal data.
Legal bases
Depending on context, we process data to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests, or with consent where required.
Marketing and non-essential cookies are handled separately and should use consent where required.
Sharing and processors
We use trusted processors for hosting, authentication, payments, storage, email delivery, analytics, and support.
Payment data is processed by Stripe. Authentication may use Supabase. Generated files may be stored in configured storage buckets.
Retention
We keep account, payment, and document records while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain audit trails.
Customers can request deletion where applicable, subject to legal, security, and accounting retention requirements.
Your rights
Depending on circumstances, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and complaint to the ICO.
